I had someone email me asking for this recipe, and I had to Google it to figure out what the heck they were talking about! (Sorry Sarah!) Anyway, a pomertini is a pomegranate martini. They are also sometimes called pomegranatini. The pomertini recipe is pretty simple: vodka, pomegranate syrup, triple sec, and fresh lemon/orange as a garnish. I don’t know how hard it is to find pomegranate syrup – maybe try Whole Foods or whatever your local high-end grocery is.
