
This one is an old family favorite. My grandma use to make this Sweet Potato Casserole with Marshmallows Recipe every year for Thanksgiving – and we’d beg for her to make it on Christmas, too. It’s wonderful.
Mix all ingredients; beat until light and fluffy. If they don’t reach the desired fluffiness, add more milk and beat more. Spoon sweet potato mixture into a buttered casserole dish; bake at 350° until set, about 20 to 30 minutes. Garnish with marshmallows and bake until marshmallows melt and just begin to brown.
