Another family recipe – my mom used to make goulash every week when I was a kid. I love it! This is her tried-and-true pasta goulash recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (14 oz) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 2 (16 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 lb cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 (16 oz) packages pasta

    Directions

    Cook the pasta as directed, drain. Brown the hamburger, seasoning with the garlic salt. Add the tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes to the browned hamburger and simmer for a few minutes (until heated through). Mix the meat sauce with the pasta, and top with shredded cheese.
